Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscription cancellations and refunds work for ScanToDine, provided by ScanToDine. It should be read with our Terms of Service.
Subscriptions
Plans are billed per restaurant, either monthly or annually, through our payment provider, Paddle. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from your dashboard under Plan & billing, or through the billing portal. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it will not renew after that. We do not lock you into long contracts.
Refunds
Subscription payments are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or partial refunds for the current billing period. Instead, you can cancel at any time to stop future charges, and you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. This keeps our pricing simple and lets you leave whenever you choose, with no lock-in.
Failed or duplicate charges
If you are charged twice for the same period, or charged after a confirmed cancellation, email support@scantodine.com with your details and we will correct it promptly.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 in India, or local consumer law in your country.
